Prices may change at any time without notice. The price shown at checkout at the time you place your order is the price that applies to that order, unless there is an obvious pricing error.

Sales tax, VAT, GST, or other taxes may apply depending on your shipping destination and applicable law. Where required, taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout.

9. Refunds, returns, cancellations, and replacements

Refunds, returns, cancellations, damaged item claims, allergic reaction claims, missing item claims, and replacement requests are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.

Because UrBeauty sells cosmetics and beauty products, opened, used, unsealed, tested, contaminated, or tampered-with products may not be eligible for return for health and hygiene reasons unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect, unsafe, expired, or not as described.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country, state, province, or region.

10. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms, our Refund and Returns Policy, our Shipping Policy, or any website notice limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We reserve the right to verify orders, request additional information, cancel suspicious orders, or refuse service where fraud, unauthorized payment use, abuse, or policy violations are suspected.

Customers may not submit knowingly false claims, fraudulent disputes, or bad-faith chargebacks.

This does not limit your right to contact your payment provider or exercise any lawful dispute rights.
