Thank you for shopping with UrBeauty. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how fulfillment works, estimated delivery times, tracking, customs, and what to do if your package is delayed, lost, or damaged.
1. Where we ship
UrBeauty ships worldwide to the countries and regions available at checkout.
If your country, state, province, or region does not appear as an available shipping destination at checkout, we are not currently able to ship to that location.
Some products may be unavailable in certain countries due to supplier, carrier, customs, import, or product restrictions.
2. Order processing time
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
During sales, new product launches, supplier delays, holiday periods, or other peak times, processing may take up to 5 business days.
You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email when tracking becomes available.
3. How fulfillment works
UrBeauty is an online beauty store that works with supplier partners to fulfill orders. Some products are manufactured, stored, packed, and shipped directly by our supplier partners, including suppliers located outside the customer’s country.
Some products may ship from the People’s Republic of China or other international fulfillment locations through postal or logistics carriers such as Yanwen, China Post, 4PX, YunExpress, or similar carriers.
What this means for you:

Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking updates may vary depending on the carrier and destination country.

International orders may take longer than domestic-only retailers.

Packages may pass through customs or carrier handoff points before final delivery.
We use supplier and fulfillment partners to keep prices competitive while still offering worldwide delivery.
4. Estimated delivery windows
Delivery times are estimates only. They are not guarantees.
Estimated delivery time is calculated as:
Processing time + transit time = total estimated delivery time
United States
Standard Insured Shipping: 7 to 12 business days after shipment
Express Priority Shipping: 5 to 9 business days after shipment
Estimated total order-to-delivery time: 8 to 17 business days in normal conditions
International orders
Standard Insured Shipping: 7 to 12 business days after shipment
Express Priority Shipping: 5 to 9 business days after shipment
Estimated total order-to-delivery time: 8 to 17 business days in normal conditions
Some international destinations may take longer due to customs inspections, carrier handoffs, remote delivery locations, holidays, weather events, local postal delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your supplier tracking estimate shows a longer timeframe than the checkout estimate, the supplier/carrier estimate may be more accurate for that specific route.
5. FTC shipping delay notice for U.S. customers
We make a good-faith effort to ship orders within the processing and shipping timeframes shown on our website and at checkout.
If we cannot ship your order within the promised timeframe, or if no timeframe was stated and we cannot ship within 30 days, we will contact you with a revised shipping date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund for any unshipped items.
We will not treat your silence as consent to an indefinite delay.
6. Shipping rates
Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Current shipping options may include:
United States:

Promotions such as free shipping, discounted shipping, or shipping thresholds will be shown at checkout when available.
Shipping rates may change without notice, but the rate shown at checkout at the time of purchase is the rate that applies to your order.
7. Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Some routes provide full tracking from dispatch to delivery. Other routes may provide limited tracking, such as dispatch, customs handoff, arrival in destination country, and delivery.
It is normal for tracking to stop updating for several days during international transit, customs processing, or carrier handoff.
If tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will help check the shipment status.
8. Customs, duties, taxes, and import fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, postal fees, handling fees, or other import-related charges.
These charges are set by customs authorities and carriers, not by UrBeauty.
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or carrier fees charged by their country or delivery carrier.
Customs rules and import fees can change. We cannot guarantee that any international order will be duty-free or tax-free.
If a customer refuses a package because of customs duties, taxes, or import fees, the original shipping cost and any return or carrier charges may be deducted from any refund, unless local law requires otherwise.
9. Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned, delayed, or lost because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we may offer one of the following:

Reshipment to the corrected address, with the customer responsible for reshipment costs; or

A refund of the product price, minus original shipping costs and any carrier charges.
Once an order has been transmitted to our supplier or carrier, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
10. Damaged, lost, stolen, or missing packages
Damaged on arrival
If your item arrives damaged, leaking, broken, contaminated, or otherwise unusable, email us within 7 days of delivery.

A short description of the issue
We will review the claim and, if approved, issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Marked delivered but not received
If tracking says delivered but you did not receive the package:

Wait 48 hours, because some carriers mark packages delivered before final handoff.

Check around your mailbox, porch, building entrance, front desk, parcel locker, neighbors, and household members.

Contact your local carrier if possible.

Email us if the package still cannot be found.
We will help investigate with the carrier. If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we may not be able to issue a refund, but we will review each situation fairly.
Lost in transit
If your package has not arrived within 30 business days after shipment and tracking shows no recent movement, email us.
If the shipment appears lost, we will either reship the order at our cost or issue a refund.
11. Order changes after purchase
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We can only change or cancel an order if it has not yet been transmitted to our supplier, packed, shipped, or processed for fulfillment.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to change the address, items, shipping method, or cancellation status.
