30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@urbeauty.store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items that have been used or opened (unless defective)
  • Final sale or promotional items marked as non-refundable

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
